1. Scope and Applicability

These Weekly Stay Terms ("Terms") govern the provision of furnished apartment accommodation by RED HOTEL ACCOMMODATION SRL ("Provider") for stays of 7 (seven) to 29 (twenty-nine) consecutive nights. By confirming a booking, the guest ("Guest") accepts these Terms in full.

For stays of 30 days or more, the Corporate Terms and Conditions apply. These Terms apply to both individual and corporate guests booking weekly stays.

2. Minimum Stay and Booking

The minimum stay is 7 (seven) consecutive nights. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the Provider and payment of the applicable rate or deposit. Availability is subject to confirmation by the Provider within 2 business hours of the booking request.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) on the arrival date. Self check-in via digital key. Access codes are provided by email at least 2 hours before the check-in time.

Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM) on the departure date. Late check-out may be arranged subject to availability, at an additional charge.

Early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The Provider will confirm early check-in availability by 09:00 on the arrival date.

4. Rates and Payment

Weekly rates are as indicated on the Provider's website and in the booking confirmation. All rates include utilities, high-speed WiFi, linen, and check-in/check-out cleaning. Rates are quoted per night based on total stay duration.

Payment is due in full prior to check-in, by bank transfer or as otherwise agreed. For corporate guests, invoicing may be arranged as per the booking confirmation. The Provider issues fiscal receipts and invoices upon request.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date receive a full refund.

Partial refund: Cancellations made 3–7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

No refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing to [email protected]. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received by the Provider.

6. Occupancy and Additional Guests

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking confirmation. Additional guests beyond the stated capacity are not permitted without prior written consent and may be subject to additional charges.

The Guest is responsible for ensuring that all occupants comply with these Terms and with building regulations. Overnight guests not listed in the booking must be declared in advance.

7. Property Use and House Rules

Guests shall: (a) use the apartment solely for residential purposes, (b) maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00, (c) not smoke inside the apartment, (d) not bring pets unless explicitly agreed in writing, (e) not organize events or gatherings that disturb other residents.

The Guest shall report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue within 24 hours of discovery. Failure to report damage may result in the Guest being held liable for the full cost of repair.

8. Damages and Security

The Guest is responsible for damages to the apartment and its contents beyond normal wear and tear. The Provider conducts a check-out inspection and will notify the Guest of any damages within 48 hours of check-out, with photographic documentation.

The Provider may require a pre-authorization hold on a payment card at check-in as security against potential damages. This hold is released within 5 business days of check-out if no damages are identified.

9. Included Services

The weekly rate includes: electricity, water, heating, 500 Mbps WiFi, linen and towels at check-in, and cleaning at check-in and check-out. Mid-stay cleaning is available as an add-on for stays of 14+ nights, at an additional charge.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Provider's liability is limited to direct damages arising from its own negligence. The Provider is not liable for: theft or loss of personal belongings, indirect or consequential damages, or disruptions caused by third parties or force majeure events. Guests are advised to arrange personal travel insurance for their stay.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Provider's GDPR Privacy Policy at redhotelcorporate.ro/gdpr. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
