Project-Based Teams
2–10 person teams on-site for 1–6 months. Multiple apartments in the same building or nearby. Single consolidated invoice per month. Volume pricing available for 3+ apartments.
Executive Temporary Housing
Premium apartments for C-level executives, VPs, and senior management visiting or relocating. Larger floor plans (60–90 sqm), premium furnishings, dedicated workspace.
Medical & Academic Stays
Residency rotations at UMF Cluj, research stays, visiting faculty and researchers. Flexible contract terms from 30 days. Monthly invoicing to the institution.
